About Me
Kari Moore is a Self-Acceptance Life Coach for Introverts and Highly Sensitives as well as an Intuitive Breathwork Facilitator helping folks unpack the layers of their humanity that keep them stuck in old patterns and cycles to help them to meet their true self. She guides people to activating their own personal power and developing tools to navigate a very loud world.
As an Introvert and Highly Sensitive herself, she found that she craves the quiet in the world around her and has develop her own tools for navigating this world. Kari has deep experience with learning to honor her no. A former government worker, she realized that she could no longer continue showing up to her job of 13 years without abandoning herself. She took a leap of faith to study life coaching and travel. She has spent years de-conditioning her body to crave stress and find safety. She learned to find value and worth from within as opposed to how productive or hard she worked. She also learned to tune into her own intuition, or her body’s wisdom, to help guide her.
